Soothe your brain cells – Relieve depression

    Do you accept Medicare? That is if my Shell plan with United Healthcare approves my Orthopedic’s Dr’s order.
    I am a 76 yrs female with 3 inoperable herniated discs because of a stubborn UTI that does not adequately respond to the traditional antibiotic treatments says Urologist.
    I want to avoid low back surgery anyway. I have neuropathy in my feet, numbness so that I have poor balance and must walk with a cane. I am told that Restorative Yoga and Chair Yoga would help build strength and balance. I have no history with Yoga. It would be nice if you have Medicare patients but I need this therapy regardless. There are other issues.
    I almost fell in my house last week that is still under construction from the mid-Feb freeze because of the dust that accumulates daily in drywall and tile grinding. I have another 3 weeks or so before I am free from this daily schedule at my home in Copperfield Southdown to be free to possibly join your Chair class if available.
    Please a4dvise how to proceed to join in the next month.
