YOGA CAMP FOR KIDS THIS SUMMER - Take a break while your kids learn to focus, breathe deeply, stretch and gain strength, and nutritional tid-bits. A fun but structured environment for age groups from elementary through high school.

FREE DAY OF YOGA, 1st Saturday of each month for those prospective students who want to try before you buy. Stay for the Intro to Yoga Lecture immediately following class. We will discuss the different types of yoga, when to eat before a class, history of yoga, history of Texas Yoga Center and services offered at Texas Yoga Center.

I will discuss the process of digestion, absorption, and elimination and how to apply the principles of mindfulness we use during our yoga classes to our hectic lifestyle of eating.
